Talking to an AI can be a new and daunting experience for candidates We strive to make that experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Today we have added a bunch of improvements in the background that speed up the experience and make it a bit more visual. In the voice chat you will notice that we added AI voice transcript to ensure the candidates really understood the question.

Simplifying the assistant settings

We are always excited to simply the experience. You know how too many assistant settings can be a bit of a headache? Especially that interruption threshold? Well, we've simplified things for you!
Now, there are just two options:
1. Button Controlled Conversations: Perfect for those deep, complex discussions where you need detailed, STAR-style answers. Think of it as your go-to for in-depth interviews.
2. Continuous Interviews: Ideal for snappy, quick chats. Great for customer-facing roles where flow and pace matter.

Job Info - keep candidates in the know!

Introducing our new Company Info tab—where you can load up all the must-know details about the role and your company. We've designed the job info fields based on exactly what candidates usually want to know. It's all about giving your candidates the info they need, without lifting a finger

Default notification templates

Hey everyone!
We've added a neat little feature in the notification schedule settings that's going to save you heaps of time when setting up new assessment kits and jobs. Now, there's a checkbox option to set a default schedule. Once you tick this box, it'll apply this schedule as the base for all new assessment kits and jobs. This way, you won't have to redo the settings each time, and every candidate will automatically receive the default notifications. Simple and efficient!

To improve the user experience we've made some cool improvements to how you can set up interview questions. We wanted everything to be straightforward and easy on the eyes, so we've streamlined our forms to be simpler and more visually appealing. Check it out and see how much smoother crafting your interviews can be!

This year we are kicking off with enhancing candidate experience by providing way to automatically send candidate emails or whatsapps after the interview is completed based on the score the candidate has received.

STAR methodology question type: This means that 'Chatty' will ask questions in a way that aligns with STAR methodology and it will probe the candidate to give details about the Situation, Task, Action and Result related to the question. This approach is ideal for a nuanced evaluation of a candidate's experience and problem-solving skills.
General Questions: For a simpler, more straightforward insight into your candidates. The interviewer will not dig deep when asking simple questions.
Now you can also add evaluation instructions. With this, we are giving you more power. But be aware that this will override our advanced evaluation models designed to evaluate the candidates' answers.
This is great when you know exactly what you are looking for or what are the deal breakers.
For example, you can say:
Give a rating of 10 if the candidate answers that he is willing to travel for work.
Give great ratings to candidates who know more than 3 programming languages.
Give the candidate a rating of 0 if he hasn't contributed to the open-source community.
You get the gist...

What do they do?
They are designed to be adaptable to the job description.
A generic question like: "What are you passionate about?"

We have a new feature that lets you choose your favourite language so that the system will use that language instead of English. It will also make sure to create jobs and assessments in your preferred language if a language is not specified.

Question weights/Importance

We know that not all questions have been created equal. Some matter more than others.
We have added weights to questions, so that you could define how important they are and how they will count towards the grading of the candidate.
Each question can be assigned with a weight value from 0 to 10. The points that each question is awarded is also 1-10 are multiplied by its weight. The sum of the recalculated question points is then divided by the sum of all question weights to give us the final grade:

We tried to keep everything super simple, for now, it's just a very basic form for both the candidate and the job. But don't be fooled by the simplicity, a lot of generating is happening behind the scenes to create well-rounded interviews

We're excited to share some great news based on popular demand! We've gone ahead and added webhooks to our system. This means that once a survey is finished, your systems can now receive handy notifications containing all the juicy results. This nifty feature empowers you to streamline and automate processes on your end, making things even more convenient.

This will sound odd, but we have only now figured out how to simplify survey template creation. We have been doing it for clients manually so far because it was rather complicated to address every case. This may seem simple, but in the background, when a survey template is created, many things happen and AI generates quite a few settings.
But now you have this button:

Sticking with the conversational format, we have developed a form that should flow like a conversation, you just need to select or add to fill out the spaces within the sentence. Reminds me of exercises I had to do in Spanish language books. I hope this will be an easy one for everyone. On this page you will find some AI-generated survey objectives that you can edit, rearrange, add new ones or delete them. These Objectives will be followed during the conversation and AI will try to reach them all.

Now people often have hundreds of surveys completed and to make it easier to extract valuable information we added a page where you can select what the AI should extract.
Afterwards, you can reuse these templates as many times as you want.
